| | not much has been happening....we went running at COWLES trail I believe in La Mesa...1.5 miles up..a mountain and then run back down..good leg work out and cardio.....got a challenge from Josh ..hmm temtping..says he can whoop my ass in cardio....i say triatholon..but he said no..but that would be a good way to determine cardio and mental stamina.....hope he can train cause i would like to take him up on that offer...went house shopping yesterday..man its ridiculous...makes me want to leave but then again I love it here..cant beat the weather and the beaches...found out im gonna be gone in august for a couple of weeks...off to san clemente island..never been there so im going to be isolated..so nothing to do but work out....anticpating but we will see when i get there..and im off to fontana again august 7th...woohoo some more fun on the mistress (II)...thats me..with my ass hanging off..not really but some..ok off to a mandatory meeting for a trackday I wont be attending....
