| |  Here I am in Kentucky again...and I heard that the waves were big today.. ....oh well the foot is healing, the back feels better..did a small little 2 mile thresh-hold run....it killed me....I have hi speed in this rinky dink hotel...i wanna go home and do a track day.....so far away and feel so isolated...feel isolated when im at home...thats gotta change..I need to get out more...but i feel bad for the fam...dont want to leave them out.....so lets time to find something in which they can participate in....hmm..can Joe rock climb??? |
