Here I am in Kentucky again...and I heard that the waves were big today......oh well the foot is healing, the back feels better..did a small little 2 mile thresh-hold run....it killed me....I have hi speed in this rinky dink hotel...i wanna go home and do a track day.....so far away and feel so isolated...feel isolated when im at home...thats gotta change..I need to get out more...but i feel bad for the fam...dont want to leave them out.....so lets time to find something in which they can participate in....hmm..can Joe rock climb???

So here I am fresh back from trainig and guess what..back out the door I go on Tuesday..so what am I gonna do...i went swimming with Joe today...talked to my cousin about buying another house...hopefully that will happen...contemplating selling the Mistress (II) cause I have no time to ride her and she deserves to be ridden and especially on the track... .....So here I am in pain at home..foot is not healing..I have no idea why my back is killing me...I feel like a fat pig..cant run..cant swim..can pretty much just board in the morning but still not feeling productive. ..man this sucks....all these feelings...feeling isolated..feeling sluggish...feeling fat..man this sucks...

wow havent been here in awhile....been busy with work...doing workups for deployment..buy luckily I am not deploying because of a scholl I shall be attending..but been to Kentucky and Nevada again and now tomorrow Im back to Kentucky.....Did another trackday at Fontana again..went with Millan..with the dam sexy pasta machine.....was feeling good even though it was the infield track but was just having a good time..then drama..unfortunatly someone crashed and eventually died later in the hospital. ..man the track emtpied out afterwards...I have some video of the track but have to wait for my friend Jason to post it up...my feet hurt..my back hurts..im tired and exhausted...need a vacation on a tropical island with lots of diving and beaches....at least i have a dark tan....

not much has been happening....we went running at COWLES trail I believe in La Mesa...1.5 miles up..a mountain and then run back down..good leg work out and cardio.....got a challenge from Josh ..hmm temtping..says he can whoop my ass in cardio....i say triatholon..but he said no..but that would be a good way to determine cardio and mental stamina.....hope he can train cause i would like to take him up on that offer...went house shopping yesterday..man its ridiculous...makes me want to leave but then again I love it here..cant beat the weather and the beaches...found out im gonna be gone in august for a couple of weeks...off to san clemente island..never been there so im going to be isolated..so nothing to do but work out....anticpating but we will see when i get there..and im off to fontana again august 7th...woohoo some more fun on the mistress (II)...thats me..with my ass hanging off..not really but some..ok off to a mandatory meeting for a trackday I wont be attending....[img]http://www.imagepilot.com/img.dll?x=20040718_14:22:43_Fontana_(25).jpg[/img]

Havent been able to write up lately..had to go to Kentucky for a little..drove crossc ountry..went though Cali, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Kansas, MIssouri, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Arkansas, Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Arizona.....wow..never went hough many of these states and they are beautiful..especially driving though the rocky mountains...but I left Kentucky on Saturday and made it back on Sunday...i drove straight with little breaks..man i wanted to get home...I would like to thank red-bull, maxwell house, coke, mountain dew..as they help me make it home in one piece...but my legs are sore from the countless squats and running I have done in the last two days....Joe is going crazy right now..he doesnt get it from me but man does he talk a lot...im gonna rest some more now..till next time...

Wow what an experience Fontana was..its was awesome.....its a nice establishment ..man just wish it wasnt so expensive...so next time im going back to SOW in the middle of summer..so im gonna lose a couple of pounds.....family and I went to out pier overlookign Glorietta Bay for some 4th of July fireworks....Joseph was sooo happy cause there were fireworks all around us...Coronado, Sea World, Chula Vista....he was sooo happy...makes me sad now that I have to go to Kentucky for a little bit...but whats cool is that Ceez..the ugly guy on a yamaha is moving to Dallas on friday so on my way back ill stop by and chill at his house for the night...then back to SD......then I have to leave to san clemente island for a while in August.....man work is fun but i have to be away for a little..i shouldnt be doing this for soo long ....as long as i can be with Joseph when he starts going to school...okay off to pick up after a certain lazy person who lives in this house...

wow...time has been fleeing from me...had 24 hr duty yesterday...i watched movies all night long....so im gonna turn this into a movie review....1) 50 first dates----at first i didnt like this movie..but Rob Schneider was hilarious....."Sharks..they only bite when you touch them in their private parts.."...2) Lost In Translation---I love this movie..I dont know why..Bill murray was awesome just like in Rushmore....Scarlett Johannson was very cute int his movie..(lil crush here ill admit it) but only in this movie.....3) Big Fish---good movie with little twists.....I like Tim Burton films he made the only good Batman films......well the time has come for me to rest up and get ready physicly and mentaly for track day tomorrow....ill report back soon...everyone have a safe weekend.....

Havent been here in awhile...went on a road trip (business) to Nevada...oh man what scenery....tookt he 395 highway up towards the eastern sierras.....this place rocks..people were friendly, very courteous and thanked me for my services....cool

saw this rainbow on the drive back...it was perty.....makes me enjoy the country more and wish I could get out of the cit to relax but im a water boy and I need to be in the water alot....Im counting down the days till July 3rd.....you say whats gonna happen then..well my buddy Ceez is gonna be leaving to texas..so it will be his last track day ....its on..FONTANA..ama configuration..just like the big boys....
